Offers a Peer Support Service for people with an experience of mental illness and/or addiction issues.

Pou Whakaaro for Recovery offers:

• One on one and group support
• Advocacy
• Information and referral to other services
• Journey through life (recovery plan)
• Meetings and events (guest speakers)
• Support with healthy lifestyles
