Referral Process

We have an open referral process.  You can download and complete our referral form (attached below) and email to referral@poutiri.org or drop in to our offices.  Our staff will endeavour to contact you about your referral within three (3) working days. 

Description

Our community based non-clinical service provides support for tamariki and rangatahi up to the age of 18 with alcohol and/or other drug problems or dependence as well as mental health support.

We focus on their strengths, promoting and protecting the wellbeing and rights of children.

We also promote early intervention in the lives of children to promote better mental wellbeing and social outcomes for children referred to our service.
