Referral Process
We have an open referral process. You can download and complete our referral form (attached below) and email to reception@poutiri.org or drop in to our offices. Our staff will endeavour to contact you about your referral within three (3) working days.

Description
Our service aims to empower whānau as a whole rather than focusing separately on the individual family members and their problems. We offer a wide range of support services including group programmes, community/peer support and advocacy.
