To become involved in our day activities you must have an assigned community support worker, peer support worker or clinician.

Description

Our day activities programmes are for Children, Youth, Adults and Whānau affected by Mental Health issues. We offer a weekly timetable of activities that change on a term by term basis.

The activities we offer focus on supporting whānau to get involved in their community, make friends and improve their health. We run activities that encourage healthy lifestyle, physical activity, creativity and connecting to Te Ao Māori.

To become involved in our day activities you must have an assigned community support worker, peer support worker or clinician.
