We are a primary healthcare provider that offers a range of community health services to our Pasifika people in the Counties Manukau region. We aim to empower our whānau, enabling them to be confident and resourceful in their health and wellbeing. Our programmes cater to all members of the whānau from newborn to adult.

You can access these services by contacting us yourself, or by clinic referral, community service referral or an agency referral.
Services are free to those residing in the Counties Manukau region.
