Today

Description

We warmly invite people who experience mental health issues to join Step Ahead Trust. We are a welcoming, understanding and accepting place that helps people to recover by providing a full programme of activities. The aim of the Trust is to empower people to return to community life and wellness.

Members decide which activities they would like to attend. We have a wide range, from physical activities like walking, tramping, swimming, biking and Tai Chi through to all sorts of other activities like days out, meals, sewing, computer and digital assistance, education session and arts and crafts. All activities are low cost, most around $2.

Give us a call to come along and have a look around and see what you would like to attend.
