However, it is best to phone for an appointment. Family workers cover a large area and may not be available at the offices at all times.

One evening a week, family workers are available by appointment.

Our service provides education, information, advocacy, workshops, support groups, face to face / telephone support, a website, as well as supporting workforce development. Note we have a Family Facilitator who works within the Henry Rongomau Bennett Inpatient Unit at the Waikato Hospital. This staff member can be contacted on our 0800 phone number.
