Description

Support hours are designed to provide support that is flexible and individually tailored to meet Tangata Whaiora needs. Provision of support hours is aimed to facilitate community engagement, whānau activities and where appropriate be consistent with a Tikanga/Kaupapa Māori approach. It is expected that the majority of visits and community participation will be delivered between 8:30am-5:00pm. Outside these hours an on call system will operate to provide support for Tangata Whaiora.
