Referral Process

Ring Te Rūnanga O Kirikiriroa and request a referral form for self referrals. Walk ins are also acceptable to complete the referral form.  Other methods for referrals are via your GP, other social agencies and government agencies.

Description

Te Ara Pai has the following services available to whānau:

(a) Co-existing problems - whānau that identify as having both mental health and AOD problems in the Community

(b) Community support - whānau of those that are affected by co-existing problems can also access support on how to best support their loved one who is going through a mental health and or AOD problems.

(c) Alcohol & other Drugs - whānau that identify with having problems with drugs and alcohol that are seeking support to either reduce, minimise or work towards abstaining from substances.

(d) Peer Support – works alongside the clinician to support and guide whānau through other identified areas that may or could impact on your recovery journey.
