Manaaki Ora Trust is a kaupapa Māori health, social services and education provider that stems from the integration of Tipu Ora and Te Utuhina Manaakitanga. Manaaki Ora has grown from the aspirations of Te Arawa to ensure Māori are healthy, live well and are able to access the services and support that they need. We are a leading service provider utilising kaupapa Māori approaches for the well-being of all people.

Entry criteria:
- 18+ and living in the Midlands region, although we can take referrals for methamphetamine treatment from across the North Island
- have a primary alcohol and/or drug problem
- have a stable physical and mental health status
- be motivated to complete a 12 week drug and alcohol programme
- have an identified community AOD worker
- is open to a kaupapa Māori approach

This is a FREE service and pilot programme delivering comprehensive primary maternity care, early parenting and well child health services targeting families living in the western suburbs of Rotorua., Startwell Service - FREE practical, hands on support for first time parents presenting with infant feeding/sleeping/attachment issues and/or mild mental health or social concerns that are impacting on their ability to confidently care for baby., Family Start - a FREE service focusing on achieving positive outcomes for children through strengthening the whānau (family) to be self sufficient and to ensure that tamariki (children) have the best possible start in life until the child is 5 years old. Teen Parents - a FREE service providing teenage parents with intensive case management focused on ensuring a highly tailored continuum of care you and your children.
