This social service focuses on Māori health gain objectives, in particular drug and alcohol abuse and the prevention of family violence, youth suicide and youth conflict for young people/rangatahi and their whānau in the Highbury, Westbrook and Cloverlea areas of Palmerston North.

Whanau Counselling Service

This is a free counselling service for whānau. Our trained counsellors provide alcohol and drug and/or generic counselling. One of our whānau counsellors provides eco-therapy sessions.

TOAM stop smoking service offers FREE advice and support to anyone interested in quitting smoking. ALL TOAM Matanga stop smoking coaches supply nicotine replacement therapy patches, gum and lozenges FREE! We are flexible and available to visit at any location that suits you best.
