Only the client can request their own self exclusion.

Description

We can discuss with clients whether self exclusion from gambling venues would be a suitable option for them to consider. Our staff will work with you to complete a Request for Multi Venue Exclusion or alternatively support you to self exclude from any gambling venue in person.
