Self referrals accepted via telephone and/or self referral form located on thinkhauora.nz/Access-and-Choice.  Organisations can refer using THINK Hauora Te Ara Rau referral form.

Description

Gender affirming healthcare with Te Ara Rau Access & Choice is a free health and wellbeing service to provide support on your journey to authenticity. Our trained professionals, including those with lived experience, can provide support to any person and their whānau living in the MidCentral region. We can help to advocate for your care within the health system as a whole.
