Description

A recovery access orientated community based service.  This service is designed to support and meet the needs of tangata whaiora and their whānau, so the tangata whaiora is able to continue living in the community with appropriate supports and guidance.

We aim to: visit our clients on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are being met. This could include accessing education, engagement and attendance at a suitable programme within the community, providing advocacy support when required by the tangata whaiora.
