Referral Process

The programme is open to adults who experience mental unwellness and are enrolled with Mental Health and Addiction services at Te Whatu Ora (TDHB) or Tui Ora. For further information phone New Plymouth 06 759 4064 or email reception@tuiora.co.nz.

Description

Our programme co-ordinators provide a range of activities in conjunction with tangata whaiora and the community.  Our aim is to support you to develop community links that enhance your interests and encourage wellbeing. The programme is open to adults who experience mental unwellness. 

How we can support you:

  • We offer group sessions focusing on people's goals and strengths
  • We provide opportunities to mix with others in a fun and social way
  • All sessions are group orientated and are held within the community.
