Referral Process
The programme is open to mental health whānau with a clinical keyworker. Referrals can be made through your Te Whatu Ora (TDHB) or Tui Ora clinical keyworker, AOD keyworker, psychiatrist or a self- referral at Tui Ora’s mental health reception. Fill out the referral form and sent to .
Description
We offer physical fitness and wellness opportunities for clients. Programmes are organised for a specific period and aim to improve physical outcomes and general wellness. They are varied and range from personally tailored gym sessions to walking and sports groups. North Taranaki only.
