Referral Process
Services are available to Māori and non-Māori throughout Taranaki, over 18 years of age.
Self-referrals or referrals from other health professionals are welcome
Description
We work with adults 18 years and over, who experience mental unwellness as a result of alcohol and drug issues. Each tangata whaiora has their own kaimahi working alongside them and their whānau to achieve their goals.
Our support includes tangata whaiora centered practice and whānau orientated care, CEP education, relapse prevention and integrated care.
