Description

Te Whare Rapuara Sage provides life journey and vocational pathway support for people who have experience of mental health and/or addiction issues. We believe it is a human right for everyone to determine and shape their own path.

We help with:

• discovering your values and purpose
• investigating your interests and dreams
• goal setting and next steps - training, volunteering, employment, meaningful activities
• determine what qualifications, training and experience you might need
• life skills - organisation, schedules, routines
• wellbeing and recovery support
• create or update your CV, and cover letters
• in study support - time management and focus
• access peer support and other wellness resources
• in-work support - for ongoing concerns, issues and strategies
• go for a promotion, or plan for retirement
• build confidence and celebrate success along the way 
• assistance to complete applications
• group workshops available
