Description
Vincent House Recovery Trust (VHRT) provides DHB funded, individualised, community based support, as well as Packages of Care/Respite Services and access to the WEC Training Centre.
We work alongside individuals, their whanau, community mental health and addiction team and anyone else an individual considers to be important in their journey.

Access to this service must come via DHB clinical service referral.
Description
VHRT provides respite and other individualised package of care support for various clients, in addition to it’s annual funded services. The incorporates planned and crisis respite.
Staff
The VHRT team includes mental health and addictions certified support workers, occupational therapists, a counsellor and a registered nurse.
