The ACT Team provides a community based mental health service for individuals who experience mental illness and have related high and complex needs.

The ACT Team is comprised of registered health professionals (occupational therapy, social work, nursing, psychology, medical) who provide an assertive and intensive level of community mental health care and treatment to support individuals to live successfully in the community.


No fees apply.


8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

ACT provides an on call service for their clients which operates Monday - Friday 4.30pm - 8.30pm.

Public Holidays: Open on all public holidays. The following public holidays differ to standard opening hours: Auckland Anniversary (31 Jan, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Waitangi Day (Observed 7/2/22) (7 Feb, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Good Friday (15 Apr, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Easter Sunday (17 Apr, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Easter Monday (18 Apr, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), ANZAC Day (25 Apr, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Queen's Birthday (6 Jun, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Labour Day (24 Oct, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
