At Your Story Counselling Service, I can help with strategies to cope, acquire new skills, help set goals for the future and support you to be able to look at situations logically.

Counselling can cover:

  • Anger management
  • Grief/loss, including relationship break-ups, loss of job, partner, child
  • General counselling
  • Court-appointed work such as diversion conditions/probation orders

I work mainly from a person-centred approach but have knowledge and understanding of:

  • Behaviour Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Gestalt Therapy
  • Solution Focus Therapy

Hours

9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Mon9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tue11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Fri9:00 AM – 8:30 PM

By appointment only.

Fees

60 minute sessions $80.

My name is Mandy Paget and I am the Director of Your Story Counselling Service. 

I have completed my Diploma in Professional Counselling and Vocabulary Practice and am a Registered Provisional Member of NZAC.

My clients have found me to be friendly, non-judgemental, understanding and easy to talk to.
