The trust was established in 1987 by Ponsonby Baptist Church. Over the years the trust has slowly built up its housing stock through building and buying properties and leasing from private landlords. If you are looking to live independently, give us a call or get your Key Worker or Community Worker to contact us. We have an application/referral form for you to fill in which will provide us with information on what you are looking for and what properties will best suit you. You will need to be on the Public Housing Register, which means making an application to Work and Income for housing as well.
