Description
M.I.S.T is a peer-to-peer run drop-in centre for adults (18+) who are experiencing or have experienced mental illness and or addictions. We promote self empowerment through peer support.
Come in and play pool, meet like minded people, share a kai or a cuppa. We provide 1:1 support and regular group activites and education sessions. Internet is also available for our members. M.I.S.T has washing machine and shower facilities.
We have a monthly newsletter - if you would like our newsletter emailed to you monthly please email [email protected].
Staff
M.I.S.T staff have lived experience of mental health and/or addiction. We provide a safe and inclusive space that promotes connections and is mana enhancing.
