The service provides assistance for those aged 12 to 24 year olds. You will be able to access this free mobile service in Nelson Tasman region. We can help by: Getting to learn about you and discuss how we can help support your mental health and wellbeing. If you feel our service can be of assistance, we can then develop a plan together. We offer a range of options to assist you including learning techniques and activities to support your wellbeing, meetings with a mental health clinician and/or peer support worker, groups that support wellbeing, assistance accessing community activities and opportunities.
