Puāwaitanga means to blossom, to flourish, to break through, and is a phone and video counselling service to support people to improve their emotional wellbeing – their hauora.
The service is an alternative to face-to-face counselling for people who are struggling but might have challenges in accessing traditional counselling. Sessions are private and confidential.
Our diverse team includes fully registered NZAC counsellors, social workers, registered mental health nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, and DAPAANZ practitioners.
