We have Coast Quit stop smoking staff in our Medical Practices and Pharmacies who can work with you to set a quit date, and provide ongoing support so you can stay smokefree.
We have Oranga Hā Quit Coaches who provide a service tailored to you, after an initial face-to-face meeting they can visit you in your home, or keep in contact via phonecalls, texting, videoing, skyping, emails, or attending group sessions.
As well as customised support, you’ll also be able to access free Nicotine Replacement Therapy – patches, gum and lozenges.
