TOAM - Stop Smoking Service aim to support people who are interested in quitting smoking, through-out Tararua, Manawatū, Horowhenua and Ōtaki regions. Services are provided in partnership with:

Group based therapy is designed to support large groups on the same journey to becoming smokefree. Each group is facilitated by our Wahine Project Lead who specifies in providing support to wahine between the ages of 18 - 30years old
