After training as an orthopaedic surgeon in New Zealand, I travelled to London with my family for a fellowship in Surgery of the Shoulder, Hip and Knee.  In the UK I trained at the internationally renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, London.  I worked with leading surgeons in all areas of Surgery of the Shoulder.  I worked in the Joint Reconstructive Unit with surgeons specialising in Complex Primary and Revision Arthroplasty of the Hip and Knee. 

I returned home to New Plymouth in 2009 where I have been working as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Taranaki DHB ever since.  I have also been practicing as a private Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon since 2010, operating at Southern Cross Hospital, New Plymouth.  My consulting rooms are at Noradene,  85 Vivian Street.
