Mr Nicholas Finnis

Mr Nicholas Finnis (BHB MBChB FRACS) is a Senior Neurosurgeon in Christchurch with over 16 years practice in the public and private sectors. Currently, Mr Finnis is a consultant neurosurgeon at Christchurch Hospital and is also the Clinical Director of the Department of Neurosurgery there.

As a specialist in complex spine surgery, Mr. Finnis continues to actively participate in the training of new techniques as they are developed. Spine surgery is a fast developing speciality that is heavily dependent on technological developments. Mr. Finnis is therefore in a position to give his patients advice on the most appropriate technique to help their problem.
