Kidney Health New Zealand provides funding for research into prevention, early detection and cure of kidney disease. It provides education and support to the general public about symptoms of kidney disease and urinary tract problems and when to seek advice, and promotes the donation of kidneys and other organs and tissue for transplantation. We provide resources for GPs and Practice nurses for the detection and management of Chronic Kidney Disease in Primary Care.
Kidney Health New Zealand has resource material concerning the treatment and management of kidney disease available, and provides a 24-hour free phone information line.
