Prescription Collection Depot

This is a pickup point where you can collect your prescription medicines. 
        We are attached to the Eltham Health Centre 

  • Please note : There is no pharmacist at this location. Your enquiries are welcome at Stratford pharmacy 

How to use this Depot:

  • Send your prescriptions to: 
  • Your prescription will be processed by Stratford Pharmacy
  • If you have questions about your prescription or pickup, contact Stratford Pharmacy 

Medicine Delivery Schedule to this Depot:

  • Medicines are delivered at 3.30pm Mon-Fri
  • You can only pick up your medicine after it has been delivered. If you arrive before the delivery, your medicine may not be ready yet

Helpful Tips:

  • Make sure your prescription is sent to the correct prescription email address
  • Wait for confirmation before coming to pick up your medicine
