Dr. Arshad Sheriff is a University of Otago graduate and completed his radiology training in Palmerston North and Auckland. He subsequently did a musculoskeletal fellowship in Hobart, Australia, and an interventional radiology fellowship in Auckland. He has European Board of Interventional Radiology accreditation which he gained with distinction. 
 
Arshad works for Te Whatu Ora Midcentral and Whanganui as a diagnostic and interventional radiologist and is the Head of Department for the Palmerston North Hospital medical imaging department. He is also a fully accredited breast screen radiologist and works for BreastScreen Coast to Coast.
