Profile

Dr Carl Samuelsson is an experienced diagnostic and interventional radiologist. After graduating from Linköping University, Sweden, he completed his radiology training in Stockholm and subsequently undertook a Fellowship in Interventional and Vascular Radiology. A PhD student at Karolinska Institutet, one of the world's leading medical universities, Carl is conducting research on screening for osteoporosis using Digital X-ray Radiogrammetry (DXR). We are delighted to have Carl at Pacific Radiology Canterbury, where he works for both PRG and Heart Vision alongside his role as an Interventional Radiology Consultant at Christchurch Hospital.
