Dr Dinaz Irani is an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) Specialist in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, working in Tauranga and Whakatāne public hospitals and in private practice at the Tauranga Surgical Group in Tauranga.
After completing Medical School in Mumbai, India, in 1995 Dinaz worked in teaching hospitals in Mumbai as Associate Professor in ENT. Dinaz also spent a few months with Prof Andre Sultan in Paris and Prof Helms and the Plester Group in Germany learning specialised skills in Otology.
Dinaz moved to New Zealand in 2004 and worked in Auckland before moving to Tauranga in 2008, after which she got her Vocational Registration in Otolaryngology by the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Dinaz is actively involved in training and supervision of medical students and doctors. She is passionate about providing a World Class Service in Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty region.
