Profile

Praveen is a New Zealand born and trained Gynaecologist, with sub-specialist training in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery (keyhole surgery). He completed his Advanced Gynaecology and Endoscopic Surgery (AGES) fellowship through Sydney Women’s Endosurgery Centre. He is accredited for performing all levels of endometriosis and laparoscopic gynaecology surgery. 

His practice has a particular focus on advanced endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and hysterectomy. Praveen is currently one of the lead minimally invasive surgeons at Waitemata DHB.
