What will happen at the Haematuria Clinic
When you arrive at the clinic you will be greeted by Mercy Radiology staff. They will check you in and guide you through the various stages of the clinic.

The Haematuria Clinic will perform two gold standard tests as per best practice international guidelines. These can be performed in any order and include:

CT Scan of urinary tract

Flexible cystoscopy

The Renal Colic clinic will include a CT scan of the urinary tract. After the CT scan (at Mercy Hospital), patients will see a urologist at OneSixOne Medical Group down the road at 161 Gillies Ave, Epsom, Auckland.

The Results
Once you have completed the tests, the Urologist will discuss the findings with you. If a condition is diagnosed that requires further treatment this will be explained and discussed.
