Description

Counties Manukau Health (CM Health) provides health and disability services to an estimated 535,000 people who reside in the territorial authority of Auckland Council. A small area of the DHB does extend to parts of Waikato District and Hauraki District territorial authorities. Link to map of Counties Manukau Health boundaries.

Together, the Counties Manukau Health's system will work with others to achieve equity in key health indicators for Maaori, Pacific and communities with health disparities by 2020.
