Description
Tauranga and Whakatāne Adult Community Mental Health Service provides community or outpatient mental health and assessment and treatment services within the community to people between the ages 18 to 65 years old. These are specialist services for individuals with severe and complex mental health needs.

Group programmes are only available to clients already recieving Mental Health & Addiction services at Bay of Plenty DHB. Clients will be internally referred to a group programme, if suitable.

The Bay of Plenty DHB - Community Mental Health Services provides a high & complex needs work programme, alongside other education/support groups.

This service is free for eligible patients who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
