Charges
There are no fees for services to public patients if you are lawfully in New Zealand and meet one of the eligibility criteria set by the Ministry of Health. If you do not meet the criteria, you will be required to pay for the full cost of any medical treatment you recieve during your stay.

Mental Health Community Assessment & Treatment Team (CATT)
Acute Service - If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis and you’re worried about your safety or their safety, we provide assessment and short-term treatment services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Service supports all age groups (Child, Youth, Adult, Older adult), who are experiencing acute symptoms. Once we’ve spoken with you or with someone who’s supporting you, we will assess you to decide what the best options are. This assessment may be carried out at a clinic, in your home or at another agreed venue. We will discuss assessment and treatment options with you.
