Referrals to this services are accepted primarily from GPs, and internal referrals from NDHB specialists are considered.
Description
Provides assessment and treatment for persons aged 65 yrs+ who are experiencing an acute mental health illness or people living with dementia of any age who are experiencing significant behavioural and psychological challenges.
