We accept referrals from professionals involved with children, adolescents and their families including Oranga Tamariki and schools.
The Youth Specialty Service also accepts direct referrals from clients or their families/whānau. The Child, Adolescent & Family Service (Invercargill/Gore/Frankton) does too, but not the Child and Family Mental Health Service (Dunedin/Balclutha/Ōamaru/Clyde).

This community-based recovery-focused service provides comprehensive assessment, treatment, therapy and support for young people who are experiencing problems relating to both their mental health and addictions (alcohol or other drugs).
YSS operates out of 8 Moray Place, Dunedin
CAFMHS operates out of 9 Moray Place, Dunedin, 24 Clyde Street, Balclutha, Hospital Street, Clyde and 2 Trent Street, Ōamaru
CAFS operates out of Southland Hospital, 6 Irwell Street, Gore and 19 Douglas Street, Frankton
