An outpatient medical and physiotherapy treatment service operates from the AT&R Unit, Middlemore Hospital. Home visits or tele-consultations will be considered on a case by case basis.

The community stroke rehab team provides stroke rehabilitation services.  Please refer to the CSR site on Healthpoint for more specific information.

Community rehab services for Franklin area patients are provided through a Pukekohe Hospital based team.
