The Pokapū o te Taiwhenua Network supports video appointment facilitation or digital health coaching in partnership with a community based, local workforce across:  Rotorua, Taupō, Tūrangi, Mangakino, Reporoa, Kaingaroa Forest, Murupara and Ruatāhuna.

Referral Expectations

Referrals are open from Lakes Hospitals and from our roopu of facilitators in the Pokapu o te Taiwhenua Network.  

For Lakes DHB Clinical Teams please check the staff intranet site for more information about this offering.  

Our Network will be open to primary care as led by local digital health facilitators.  


There are no charges for this service.

Our Pokapū o te Taiwhenua Coordinators work flexibly across the locality, including in the Lakes hospitals, in the community, and from home.
