Bronchiolitis

Bronchiolitis is an acute viral infection of the lower respiratory tract that occurs primarily in infants less than 1 year of age. The most common causative agent is Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). The disease lasts 7-10 days. It usually starts with a cold or cough and mostly occurs in winter and spring months.
