Profile

Remy is a graduate of Auckland School of Medicine and completed his radiology training in Auckland. He subsequently underwent 2 year fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, gaining skills in Oncology and PET/CT reporting. 

Remy joined Allevia Radiology (formerly Mercy Radiology) upon his return to NZ in 2011 and has been the Medical Director for Allevia Radiology since 2016. In addition to introducing PSMA PET/CTs to NZ in 2015, Remy also started the Theranostics service at Allevia Radiology in 2018. He has been awarded research grants from Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ and Breast Cancer Foundation NZ for his research interests. Remy continues to spend part of his week at Auckland City Hospital where he is one of the lead radiologists for the Auckland Region Genitourinary Multidisciplinary meeting and the lead radiologist for the Haematology / Lymphoma Radiology Meeting.
