To register, please fill in the form below. Healthpoint will validate your information and then email you to confirm your registration. This process will normally be completed within hours - please contact us if you have not had a response within two working days.

Currently we are only able to validate registrations for Medical Professionals registered with the New Zealand Medical Council, GP Practices, Optometrists registered with the New Zealand Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board and Midwives registered with the Midwifery Council of New Zealand.
