Family Start provides an early intervention home visiting service targeted at vulnerable families in Central Auckland and North Shore with children aged 0 to three years. This is a parenting program that enables families with young children to access a comprehensive range of welfare, health, education and other services they may need.

Engaging Priority Families is our service to enrol into early education, Māori, Pacific, low socio-economic and refugee families with children between 3-5, who have not previously been enrolled.

Our team of therapists provide counselling for individuals (both adults and children), couples and families who are struggling with abuse and violence.

This includes working to support those who have perpetrated family violence. 

However, we are not ACC registered.

We support families to keep children safe.

HIPPY is a Home Instruction for parents of Pre School Youngsters. It is a home-based family focus program delivered by one coordinator and three tutors in Ōtāhuhu.

Social Workers in Schools are attached to a number of schools in the Central and South Auckland area. They provide a variety of services to pupils and their families, and to school staff for issues such as peer and family relationships, behaviour or care and protection concerns, or other practical issues.

Our Social Workers in Schools programme sees 30 qualified social workers across 49 primary, intermediate and secondary schools in the greater Auckland region

Youth Workers in Secondary Schools comprises a team of multi-disciplined staff working in 7 secondary schools in Manukau and Central Auckland supporting year 9 and 10 students to stay engaged in schooling and achieve educational success.

We run a residential parenting programme with the input of a team of counsellors and child and adult psychotherapists.

Building Financial Capability (BFC) is a range of services and products that help people and whānau to improve their financial wellbeing.

BFC takes a strengths-based approach to empower people to get control of their money, set goals and achieve long-term, sustainable change.
