Counselling

For individuals, couples, youth (12+) and their family/whānau who want to work with a professional counsellor to bring about positive change in their lives.

We aim to provide a safe, respectful place for individuals, couples and youth to resolve personal, social, or psychological challenges and difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, sexuality, parenting, and other emotional and relationship issues.
