If you're not sure what to do about something, please come and see us. We are here to help you with your questions, issues and problems. We can give you confidential and impartial advice on personal, legal, financial and community issues. We will help you to navigate your way through issues with Government departments.  We will support you to understand your rights and to access the help that you want. 

We are located on Line Road in the Community Centre behind Te Oro at the back of the carpark. 

From 4pm Friday 20th March we will be closed to the public and will provide a phone, email and online service until further notice.

The Glen Innes Citizens Advice Bureau is moving to a phone, email and online service only from Saturday 21st March.

Our offices will be closed to the public. There will be no JP, Budgeting or Legal Clinics available at our premises until further notice due to the Coronavirus crisis.
