The Helpline connects people to further support services where appropriate. It is available seven days a week, from 9am to 11pm, with an after-hours message redirecting callers in the case of an emergency.
The Are You OK website www.areyouok.org.nz is also part of the It’s Not OK Campaign. It provides online resources and information for people affected by Family Harm, and individuals, families, communities and workplaces that want to help stop Family Harm.
